• Please read our policies regarding the terms of purchase and our Privacy Policy carefully. We reserve the right to only accept orders from adult users.

Any changes subsequent to your order will not apply. To use our services you must register on the site. By registering you provide us  information that must be accurate, current, complete and factual. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully for further clarifications.

2. To make purchases on our site you will have to provide your personal data: name and surname, telephone number, email address and all information requested in the registration form. Furthermore you will have to provide us with guaranteed, valid and correct payment details confirming that you are the contact person for billing information. The site can be used by those in possession of a valid credit/debit card from a bank accepted by Trameribelli and who authorizes us to withhold the total amount relating to the purchase on the site. Trameribelli reserves the right to limit the quantity of pieces purchased by the same person or at the same address. By making an offer to purchase you authorize us to carry out checks and, where Trameribelli deems it necessary, to transmit or obtain information about you or third parties (including your credit card number, authentication of your identity, to validate the your credit/debit card). You also authorize us to use your personal information for the purpose of carrying out anti-fraud checks. The personal information you provide may be disclosed to a fraud prevention or credit reference agency, who may keep a record of this information. 3. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and the items in your cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other users. Trameribelli will record your transaction data for one year.

4. The prices indicated on the site are in Euros. All prices and offers remain valid as published from time to time. The prices in Euros shown on the site at the time of acceptance of the purchase will be respected except in cases of manifest error. Product prices are established at the beginning of each season using the current currency exchange rate and are subject to change in the event of a currency exchange during the order. If your credit/debit card is not in Euros, the final price will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time you make the purchase.

5. Once you have made your choice and submitted your order, you will receive an email to the address you provided with the details of your order. This email does NOT constitute acceptance of your order, but is only a confirmation of receipt. This email will contain a 'Customer Order Number' to be used in any further communication with Trameribelli. The message contains all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document.

If you do not cancel your order, the acceptance and completion of the contract between you and Trameribelli will continue and the purchased item will be sent to you. We reservethe right not to accept your order if, for example, we cannot obtain authorization for payment, there are restrictions on the shipment of a specific item, the item ordered is out of stock or does not meet our standards of quality or that you do not meet the criteria set out in our Terms of Use. We may also refuse your order and transaction at our discretion.

6. Payments can be made via the credit cards indicated on the site, Stripe, bank transfer and any other methods specified on the site from time to time. Payments will be debited and approved from your account for the distribution of your order by Trameribelli. You must confirm that the credit card used is yours or, if not, that you have been authorized by the card owner to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card merchant. If your card operator refuses to authorize payment to Trameribelli, we are not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver. Trameribelli is committed to maintaining the security of the site. If you are a registered user of Trameribelli, we will securely store your card details in our system. The data will be encrypted and used only for the transactions you request. 

7. In the event of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in the case of non-acceptance of the same by Trameribelli, Trameribelli will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction. Cancellation times, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system. Once the transaction has been canceled, in no case can Trameribelli be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to reimburse the amount by the banking system.

8. At no time during the purchase procedure is Trameribelli able to store the information relating to the buyer's credit card, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction. No Trameribelli computer archive will retain such data. Under no circumstances can Trameribelli be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties when paying for the products purchased. (see above)

Bank transfer

Acceptance of the order by Trameribelli will only take place upon actual crediting of the sum due to Giuliana Reggio's current account. This credit must take place no later than 2 working days from the date of confirmation of the order by the Customer. Once this deadline has passed, the order will be considered automatically cancelled. The Customer must make a bank transfer corresponding to the amount specified in the order confirmation with the references that will be indicated in the email.

Delivery & Transport

Orders are shipped from Trameribelli di Giuliana Damiana Reggio, from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the Monday of the following week. Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be carried out by couriers chosen by Trameribelli

Delivery times start from the moment the order is accepted and includes 24 hours where your order is taken care of. This process could  take up to 72 hours , during the sales and holiday periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter). From the moment the order is accepted, no more than 5 days pass to process the shipment.

Delivery costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified, and explicitly reported at the time of placing the order. Payment for the goods will take place using the method chosen when placing the order. Nothing more is owed by the Customer compared to the total order.
